Baguio City, where my roots are… Me & my team were pretty excited to document Ron & Missy’s wedding in Baguio. Yes, we’re used to covering weddings in Tagaytay so the cold weather wasn’t what we’re looking forward to; it’s the smell of pines, the picturesque view, & the “ukay-ukay”. The zigzag road fenced by mountains was a site to behold.
It was surprising to find out that Ron’s father was my late uncle’s freind. He knew almost the whole Cadiogan clan in Baguio.
We started shooting details earlier as scheduled to capture the best without the time pressure. Randal & the rest of the MangoRed team was totally uncomplicated to work with.
Ron & Missy were hands-on in preparing their wedding. No doubt they ere quite nervous, especially Missy, during the preps at Baguio Country Club. But suddenly as soon as she wore the gown, as evident in their same-day-edit (she was running in her gown), an outpour of energy.
It was one of those cold days of January. Once again we were able to use our jackets:). It was a garden wedding, a Christian wedding at that. The ceremony was so intimate & emotional. Tears started gushing when they exchanged vows.
Fearless and adveturer as she is, Chee-Anne took a trip to Africa just after Marco proposed to her. Chee-Anne says ” I want to inspire people to become believers of advocacy… be it peace-building or environmental sustainablity. Here’s her Cosmo feature.
Their wedding was intimate and fun. Here’s their same-day-edit:)
